Also, his tone changes into an authoritative one when he says "down the hill." Therefore, I believe he may in the military. Also, in the recording "guys, down the hill" it is clear that the word "guys" is in the middle of a sentence and not the first thing he said to them based on the tone, in my opinion. How else would he get them to comply with his demands? A gun requires aim and can be easily out run, compared to a taser which can be used in close proximity and used almost instantly. When he approached the girls, I am not sure if he had a gun, but possibly a taser. When the girls discovered their mystery man was not who they thought they were talking to, they panicked and attempted to flee, but he already had them in his clutches. Another theory that is plausible is that one of the girls was chatting with a catfish (BG) on snapchat and they agreed to meet at the park that day. Therefore, he knew he would have privacy. I don't find it hard to believe that no one else was around because it is a remote area and it was on a Monday afternoon. If its true that the family's account of Libby's phone recording includes the phrase "is the creepy guy still following us," it indicates that they noticed him and were leery of him. ![]() I speculate he may have greeted the girls when/if he passed them on the bridge and they were unresponsive or nonchalant. He waited near the bridge and may have passed them on the bridge. BG may have seen the girls get dropped off. Is this his first murder? More on that later. I do not think that it was a revenge killing. I believe this was a crime of opportunity and a crime of passion. Either he blends in with everyone in society or his presence at the park that day was an anomaly. I don't think he goes out much, which is somewhat contradictory. He may be a homebody and play a lot of video games. Keep in mind much of this post is speculative, and also addresses rumors in addition to known facts.īG is a loner. I apologize if this post is a bit disorganized, but I want to get all of my ideas out there. Therefore, I would like to present my thoughts and theories regarding this case. ![]() I've also researched this case extensively online. I'm new to reddit so bear with me but I have been reading ALL of the posts in the community Delphi Murders, but i dont have enough karma and length of time to spent on this site to post there, and I just finished listening to the Down the Hill podcast in its entirety.
